Las regiones de Italia son diversas y ricas en cocina y vinicultura. En Quattro, además de nuestro menú básico, también ofrecemos menús regionales especiales. Las regiones cambian mensualmente, y van de norte a sur o según la estación, dependiendo de los ingredientes frescos que haya en ese momento en Italia. A partir de noviembre ofreceremos un menú de Piamonte, el hogar de nuestros chefs y de nuestra cocina, en el que presentaremos el Tartufo Blanco de Alba.
Cada día los chefs ofrecen especialidades como Risotto, Pescado y Cortes de Carne Angus Prime del día. Los anfitriones de Quattro le explicarán estos platillos en su mesa. Nuestro Director de Vinos pueden ayudarle a maridar sus platillos de su elección.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been at Quattro when I organized a family dinner. Typical Italian cuisine, excellent and fresh food, excellent service, they are very professional. We were almost 30 guests and they managed the situation extremely well. The chef is Italian and I can just say thanks for the excellent treatment. As Italian I felt like at home. High-level environment and amazing atmosphere. When I will come back to Mexico, for sure it will be a pleasure have a dinner or lunch at Quattro.

Every aspect of dinner is well tended to, from the warm crusty breads, to the shaved Parmesan, to the elegance of appetizers and main courses. Also the wine list is modestly priced, and there are plenty of excellent wines for 500-600 MXN (25-30 USD)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to Quattro for our last meal in Santa Fe Mexico City. I can honestly say it was the best meal of the trip. The waiters are wonderful and attentive to their guests. The ambience of Quattro is wonderful especially for a table of two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic assortment of Italian dishes with a specialty on truffle. Appetizers like prosciutto with burrata are always a great start, but be sure to try the seasonal specials like Truffle Risotto, or go classic with their homemade pastas. There's is also a plethora of great wines and spirits for those who are interested. Finally, the place has a supervised kids area where you can be sure they'll be safe while you enjoy a nice meal.
