★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous private rancho community. The average lot is a huge 50m x 100m (half hectare). Quiet, tranquil but close to Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, dozens of cenotes, and practically across the street from a great beach (Xpu-Ha).
