★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through airbnb, the room was clean and the view was amazing. I would recommend this place. But I will say that if it is your first time in cancun and you know little spanish and you are traveling with small children I would recommend maybe staying in the hotel zone. We had complications trying to explain where we were located. It created a problem due to us renting a car and the battery died, so we needed someone to come jumpstart us and they couldn't find the place and spoke little english. And because it was not in the hotel zone it took twice as long to get someone out to us.I would recommend renting a car if you want to stay here. It is 30 min from the hotel zone and even a food walk from the attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay, booked it through Airbnb, close to a small fisherman community with local restaurants away from all the tourists and the bustle of the hotel zone, but still very safe. Literally a 5min walk from a nice white sand beach frequented by locals and very clean and tranquil. Would definitely go back.
