Elegí un producto el cual consiste en combinar sus tres colores y no había una de estos, aún así lo compré con la promesa de los vendedores mentirosos que llegaría en un mes, lo cual no fue cierto pues ya estaba descontinuado. Ahora no puedo terminar de forrar mi cocina. Llamé a atención a clientes y se excusaron diciéndome que el vendedor en su momento me advirtió que ya no iban a tener el azulejo del color que me faltaba. Dudaron de mi palabra y le dieron la razón a su vendedor. Es obvio que si me hubieran advertido que ya estaba descontinuado el color que no había, no lo hubiera comprado. Pésimo!! Jamás vuelvo a comprar en Recubre ni lo recomiendo. As always: salespeople are very friendly at first, then stop being so. I chose a product which consists of combining its three colors and there was not one of these, even so I bought it with the promise of the lying sellers that it would arrive in a month, which was not true because it was already discontinued. Now I can't finish lining my kitchen. I called customer service and they excused themselves saying that the seller at the time warned me that they would no longer have the tile of the color that I was missing. They doubted my word and agreed with their seller. It is obvious that if they had warned me that the color that was not available was already discontinued, I would not have bought it. Appalling!! I will never buy from Recubre again or recommend it.
