★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio me pareció rápido y agradable, pagué un servicio exprés que debía llegar en 24 horas y excedió el tiempo, muy caro para lo tardado, me cuentan que los objetos llegaron rotos (cosa muy difícil pues estaban dentro de una caja plástica). Mala opción

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete tiene más de 1 semana que llegó al estado y como 5 días que dice que ya está en transporte para entrega a domicilio y es el día en que no me lo han traído y ahora salen con que está retrasado en ruta, nisiquiera contestan el teléfono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está algo descuidado. La atención es lenta comparada con otros lugares pero son atentos y muy amables. Es recomendable que si piden cosas de esa paquetería lo pidan a sucursal simplemente en lugar de poner nuestra dirección podemos poner la dirección de la sucursal eso ahorra demasiado tiempo a la hora de las entregas. Finalmente debo de decir que es un servicio regular.
The place is somewhat run down. The attention is slow compared to other places but they are attentive and very friendly. It is recommended that if they ask for things from that parcel, they simply ask the branch instead of putting our address, we can put the address of the branch that saves too much time at the time of deliveries. Finally I must say that it is a regular service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La apertura de la sucursal fue a las 9:35 AM cuando Google dice que abren a las 8 AM y después de 2 hrs de estar esperando que abrieran, la empleada comento que ahí no era, cuando en mis datos de recolección en el sitio de redpack claramente específicaba que el paquete ya estaba disponible y tenía que ser recogido en esa sucursal de allende, sin otra opción tuve que acudir a la otra sucursal que está en netzahualcóyotl a recogerlo y esperar otros 10 min. Porque los empleados estaban acomodando todos los paquetes.... en la bodega claramente se pudo observar el desorden y la desorganización!! Muy mal..... La verdad no los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pese a muchos comentarios negativos de esta paquetería, en esta ocasión me ví en la necesidad de hablar ya que el rastreo del pedido decía una dirección diferente a la mía. Pero me dijeron que no había problema que tenían bien la dirección.
El punto es que el pedido llegó antes de lo previsto y lo mejor si llego a mi domicilio, ya después del primer paquete entregado fue más fácil que llegarán los demás.
En esta ocasión bastante bien el servicio
