★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atentos y puntuales, pero algo no entiendo: fui a servicio, llevaba medio tanque mi vehículo y me lo entregaron vacío!!! No es el primer auto que llevo a servicio y nunca me había pasado. Yo cometí el error de no ver mi nivel de gasolina pues no esperaba que pasara esto, me di cuenta cuando me empezó a sacudir el vehículo porque estaba a punto de terminar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen refacciones, ni en la agencia ni en planta te dicen que tal vez hasta dentro de 3 o 4 semanas lleguen algunas refacciones.
Realmente patético para tratarse de una marca como Renault en Polanco!!!! ?
El único que podemos salvar como un excelente elemento es a Raúl Osorio.
Realmente pésimo servicio en esta Agencia de Polanco del Grupo Witt. ? es una pena que no sé pongan las pilas !!!
They don't have spare parts, neither at the agency nor at the plant do they tell you that perhaps within 3 or 4 weeks some spare parts will arrive.

Se colude con los banqueros estos con la informacion del cliente o tarjetas bancarias acuden a Renault Polanco a comprar los autos y resulta que RENAULT no revisa la identidad del cliente corresponda a la documentación y a la tarjeta con la que se paga el automóvil..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable, hoy tuve que cambiar un foco y me di cuenta que le falta un tornillo a la tapa del filtro de aire, tenía floja la terminal de la batería y me la entregaron con el motor lleno de polvo, sin un dedo encima a pesar que le debieron hacer lavado de inyectores y limpieza de cuerpo de aceleración. no regresaré con esta agencia.
Not recommended, today I had to change a bulb and I realized that a screw is missing from the air filter cover, the battery terminal was loose and they delivered it to me with the engine full of dust, without a finger on it despite that they should have cleaned the injectors and the throttle body. I will not return to this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA EXPERIENCIA, NO SE LES OCURRA COMPRAR AHI, al principio todo bonito para venderme el carro, cuando me animé me pidieron de inmediato el apartado, y apenas probé el carro el vendedor me estuvo presionando para dar ese mismo dia el enganche, pero luego todo fueron pretextos, el auto me lo entregaron dos meses despues y con piezas faltantes y dañadas, sin tapones de liquido de frenos y anticongelante, asi como lo oyen, y eso porque lo revisé, si no asi lo entregan a cualquier otro cliente inexperto, y fue anunciado como seminuevo, lo compre en febrero y sigo sin el carro y la financiera de la marca Renault ya me cobró las dos primeras mensualidades, totalmente insatisfecho, me arrepiento de haber caido ahi, sigo sin carro porque aparte de todo lo anterior me lo dieron mugroso del motor y ni se diga el tablero, sin servicios, sin cambio de aceite (me querian ver la cara diciendo que si lo hicieron cuando el filtro de aceite estaba asqueroso)y con otros fallos, sigo pagando, si hubiera leido los comentarios anteriores me hubiera ido a otro grupo de agencias de las que no he tenido queja no estaria pasando esto, hubiera hecho caso tambien a un conocido que trabaja en polanco de no comprar ahi por un fraude que le hicieron de duplicarle un credito por una Duster hace un par de años y a la agencia le pagaron dos autos cuando el sacó solo uno y en buro de credito le abrieron dos creditos que el debia pagar, me arrepiento y no les recomiendo para nada ir ahi, su gerente Juan Sorrosa y Diego Rios vendedor solo dan pretextos, no resuelven y se esconden, ni se inmutaron cuando les dije que los veia en la PROFECO por la queja que metí. Espero les sirva esta mala experiencia para comprar en otras agencias que NO SEAN GRUPO WITT. NissanRenault Finance tampoco le importó y la marca Renault nunca me solucionó nada, pesimo.

This would not be happening. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la encargada de citas para la realización del servicio, no recogen ni entregan tu auto a domicilio como lo prometen, el teléfono en el área de servicio lo descuelgan y cuelgan solo para que deje de sonar, te quieren cobrar adicional por algo que esta incluido en el servicio de tu auto.
No vuelvo a llevar mi carro a servicio a esta agencia
