★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno, la comida es muy buena y está dentro del rango moderado. Yo pedí unos nachos grandes de arrachera (porque y no tenían pastor disponible, esto fue a las 10:56pm) y una gringas. Fue una cuenta de $485.
Ahora bien el servicio fue muy malo, los meseros cada quien en su tema. Inclusive, vimos como a personas que entraron a consumir les negaron el servicio, entiendo que por tema de tiempo pero creo que se hubieran ahorrado el sentarse, acomodarse y todo para que les digan que siempre no, y hasta el encargado en su tema.
En fin, primera vez que voy y de ser posible, la última.
Well, the food is very good and in the moderate range. I ordered some large flank steak nachos (because they didn't have a pastor available, this was at 10:56pm) and a gringas. It was a $485 bill.
However, the service was very bad, the waiters each in their subject. We even saw how people who came to consume were denied the service, I understand that due to time, but I think they would have saved themselves from sitting down, settling down and everything to be told not always, and even the person in charge on their subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy tardado. Les falta mucha organización. Hicimos dos horas en la cola unas 35 personas. Vimos cuántos comensales se fueron y nosotros con hambre. Queríamos comer en casa a las 9 y comimos a las 11 pm. No entiendo porqué nos rezagan si nuestra compra es igual que el de los comensales y el de entrega a domicilio. Mal servicio
The service is very slow. They lack a lot of organization. We spent two hours in the queue about 35 people. We saw how many diners left and left hungry. We wanted to eat at home at 9 and we ate at 11 pm. I do not understand why we are left behind if our purchase is the same as that of the diners and that of home delivery. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó y sorprendió porque casi todo el personal tiene una actitud de atención y servicio (casi ya no existe en estos lugares) solo en los restaurantes finos donde obvio ahí lo pagas. Tienen medidas de seguridad, área de pedidos, super bien... y luego llegó un caballero a tocar con su sax, no mucho tiempo, pero hizo más agradable el ambiente. Felicidades...
I liked it and was surprised because almost all the staff have an attitude of attention and service (almost no longer exists in these places) only in fine restaurants where obviously you pay for it there. They have security measures, an ordering area, super good... and then a gentleman came to play his sax, not for long, but it made the atmosphere more pleasant. Congratulations...
