Restaurante Punta Morena - 77684 San Miguel de Cozumel

What a beautiful place to eat, swim, and shop! My family and I have a friend in Cozumel and he took us to the side of the island not many people go to. The food was so yummy here, the employees were kind, and the place looked nice. I found many seashells bu the ocean and even got to see an iguana while eating. We loved this place.

Beautiful beach with free hammocks and pool. The restaurant serves delicious fish. We got the whole fried fish and grilled lobster! Very tasty! Lobster was pretty pricey

Im sure i would have liked this place more if. I knew we were coming here. We were brought here on a tour from the ship. With put notice. Our tour said beach break after visiting come myan ruins. We didnt bring but only $15. We were given dirty looks from some of the staff because we didn't have any money. We were constantly asked by buy massages and cigars and take pictures with an iguana. One "spa" lady even went as far as grabbing me to give me a sample massage after i told her no thank you we don't have any money. We were also told that there was a drink minimum to use the loungers and hammocks. We were only ae to buy one drink to split because of the cost. As i said we would have maybe liked this place a little more if we were told we were going to a restaurant for our "break" 3 stars is for beach.... 1 star for restaurant and staff The ocean was amazing. The view was spectacular, and the sand was so soft.

The beach was very rocky and limited snokeling can be done. We came because other side of the island was super windy and not safe to go into the water. The white sand was nice and there were pockets of water that kids can play but overall still too rocky. Water shoes are highly recommended.

The views were great, the food was okay, but I wouldn't recommend the quesadilla here. It was a short visit but we managed to put our feet into the Mediterranean Sea watching the waves and enjoying some sunshine. Would I go back, not 100% sure but worthy of the first try.

We did video here for a destination wedding and it was amazing! The beaches were clean and the sand was soft. The staff were very nice and attentive! There was a delicious buffet! We would love to travel here again and again!

Cool relaxing place. $12 Chicken nachos, $4 beers. Service was great, hit up by 4 vendors in a matter of minutes. Other than that, the place is being restored and was glad I could help contribute. Beautiful spot.

*** Location/Ambiance * Service * Lobster Tacos Amazing lobster tacos. I imagine the rest is the food is really solid here. I would choose this spot for good on this side of the island if you’re doing an east side tour. There is a small cove to swim in that doesn’t get beaten by waves and it’s quite pleasant. Could have stayed here all day.
