La atención y el servicio son muy buenos, las anfitrionas muy amables siempre; los meseros al pendiente en todo momento, atentos y dispuestos a satisfacer lo que el cliente requiera. La atmósfera es excelente, de un restaurante de alta cocina sin que los precios lo sean. Si se quiere experimentar un restaurante de 5 estrellas sin tener que quebrar la cartera, este es la opción. La comida es muy buena, es una fusión interesante de varios estilos: parrilla argentina, platillos regionales, comida del mar, pastas etc. Mis platillos favoritos son el guacamole, las quesadillas con birria, el filete en taquitos, la costilla enomolada (una locura para el paladar) y el vacío argentino. Los postres son buenos, sobre todo el pan de elote con el licor regional y el fondant de chocolate. Las porciones son justas y satisfactorias como lo debe ser cualquier alta cocina de un buen Chef. Quién esté buscando un sitio con porciones ridículamente enormes al estilo americano o esperan compartir un platillo entre dos personas, este no es el lugar. Aquí se disfruta un platillo personal bien servido y con excelente sabor. El bar es igualmente variados, mi favorito es el carajillo "shakeado" preparado en la mesa. Personalmente es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Cancún. This restaurant is an excellent option in Cancun, both for tourists and locals. It is well located, outside the hotel zone and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The attention and service are very good, the hostesses are always very friendly; the waiters on the lookout at all times, attentive and willing to satisfy what the client requires. The atmosphere is excellent, like a haute cuisine restaurant without the prices being. If you want to experience a 5-star restaurant without breaking the bank, this is the option. The food is very good, it is an interesting fusion of various styles: Argentine grill, regional dishes, seafood, pasta, etc. My favorite dishes are the guacamole, the quesadillas with birria, the fillet in cubes, the enomolada rib (crazy for the palate) and the Argentine vacuum. The desserts are good, especially the cornbread with the regional liquor and the chocolate fondant. The portions are fair and satisfying as any haute cuisine of a good Chef should be. If you are looking for a place with ridiculously huge American-style portions or expecting to share a plate between two people, this is not the place. Here you can enjoy a personal dish well served and with excellent flavor. The bar is equally varied, my favorite being the carajillo "shakeado" prepared at the table. Personally it is one of my favorite restaurants in Cancun.
