J	John Wilson (Johnny) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place, I stayed here 5 years ago in the 2 bed top floor and was amazing this time 6 of is stayed in the beach house and it was amazing, very central, right off the ferry, great pool with views, full shower, wifi. I sprained my ankle and they helped request an on site doctor. They helped schedule golf carts. Staff is super nice, friendly and fun. Cant wait to stay again next year!
C	Carolina Farias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and spectacular ocean view!!! The price is right. A few minutes walk from Playa Norte and the main venues. Close to the ferry from Cancun, supermarket, banks and transportation. There is free coffee, water and wifi at the lounge area.
A	Ana Carrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend! We stayed here only one night and we had out time at isla mujeres waisted due to lack of maintenance in the rooms. Our room would not lock from the inside and also from the outside and the door looked rusted. It took then 2-3 hours to fix it and instead of just giving us another room to leave our stuff safe the careless owner just told me to leave our suitcases there unattended but we did not because as I said the door wouldn’t even lock so it was wide open. Also the staff was rude and the time to check in took longer than necessary because they were always in the back room. The room itself was decent but not worth the money I’d consider getting a room closer to the actual beach where you can get in for the price they charge.

L	Linda Mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoying a beautiful ocean view from my room as I write this. The view is completely unobstructed, making the balcony quite enjoyable. Went to the pool today and it was clean and refreshing, with the surrounding deck space full of loungers and umbrellas to bock the sun. Restaurants and shops are very close, offering a wide variety of things to enjoy and purchase. So far, I've been pleased with everything. The bed is incredibly comfortable and rooms are big. The hotel could use a fresh coat of paint, but everything is clean and functional. I'd stay here again for the value and cleanliness. Very close to the ferry docks as well.
q	queentesa fuggett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days in a room on the lower floor, so I was leveled with the beach. It was beautiful to wake up to every morning and very calm while listening to the waves when falling asleep. Expect the room to be slightly damp sometimes because we're so close to the ocean. I had a nice wifi connection because my room was right below the lobby, so when you book, keep that in mind if wifi is important to you. 4 stars because the pool area was a little drab to me. This is not a place you spend your day in - ideally, you're going to be out all day and come back at night to relax. The mornings are nice too and I didn't hear my neighbors or any kind of rowdiness/noise.

This hotel is clean, conveniently located, great staff, great little pool, and the best, and I mean the best balcony view of the Caribbean on the Island. Already planning a return trip in 2023!
