★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been over 30 days and the person “in charge of our photography” hasn’t been on top of letting us know when our photos will be ready. In fact I’ve tried reaching to him serval times but he leaves me waiting on him through the app whatsup. I spent almost $5k on photography services and videography services for this company to try to play games with me. My next move will be to involve my lawyer or bank to try to obtain my money I return. All I want is my photos and videography. Their website is very buggy and when I’ve asked questions I’ve been left on rest or even worse left on the edge of it out any response or solution to our inquiry. I’m super frustrated and messed with our wedding photographer coordinator named Ricardo. Hopefully he will have a better answer this time around. If not…beware of this company!!!!
