It was very nice for me and my wife, we have an excelent service and amazing experience . Carlos Acevedo do a great job and assist us in everything we need. He is a very good staff person.

Very happy to start being part of the club, the service is excellent and the rooms very comfortable, there are many options for vacationing and the program really seems very flexible. totally recommended although I would like to have more bars and adult areas!

We just stayed at sandos playacar using our Royal Elite membership for the first time. We joined the club last year, and the experice was way better!!! Everybody in the staff was amazingly nice, the food and exclusive areas for members are the best of all. THE BEACH AT THIS RESORT HAS NO PARALLEL!!! Fabian at Guest Service gave us some great recommnedation about all the acivities, so friendly and helpful!!!

Just spent 5 days there with a group of 11. We had an amazing time and the main reason was because of our experience with our vacation club. The hotel is beautiful but the service is exceptional! The service and personal Royal Elite treatment is what makes the hotel different from every other hotel in Mayan Riviera.

We just had the most amazing time at Sandos Playacar! The resort is so beautiful and the beach definitely the best of the Riviera. We have stayed a multiple resorts in the area and Sandos is by far the only one that’s truly all inclusive. All the restaurants are top notch and the overall family environment in the resort is great. The shows are really good, which was not expected. Michael Jackson’s show is our favorite followed by Shakira. Staff is super friendly and always wearing a smile. The only down side is that the bars don’t carry top shelf liquor for regular guests, but since we become Royal Elite members we don’t have to worry about that anymore. We can get our Don Julio on plus many others. Looking forward to our next vacay with our kids and friends.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! My family plus nine more of our invites are staying here for a week and we are having a great time. We are in our third day and loving it. I would like give a special thanks to Alex from Royal Elite's concierge services and his team for the outstanding customer service. Since day one, Alex has been attentive to our needs and I see how he makes every effort to keep a high standard of customer service for Royal Elite. I highly recommend Sandos Royal Elite for family vacations. I've been a member for seven years and have been fortunate to use my member benefits every year without a problem.

I had a four night layover planned in the budget end of the hotel but decided to pay and upgrade to be able to enjoy extra benefits, Everything is so much better. Branded drinks, great food, excellent and cheerful staff who seem very keen for you to enjoy your stay to the maximum. It was quite busy but there’s still enough sun beds to go around at the main pool. A quiet pool is also available which is beautiful and it’s an Only adults section they are the Royal Elite Vacation Club Areas.A choice of a la carte restaurants are available in addition to the main buffet which was excellent. A shame about the seaweed along the beach.It’s Gone Sandos has the best beach front ever!!! The sea turtles were nesting on the sea shore, marine biologist on site. In the evening there was always top musical entertainment at the bar and the adjacent to the meeting point. lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink. Very well equipped gym as well should you feel the need. Recommended.
