Te piden tu credencial de elector, no para verificar tu identidad, lo hacen para anotar tus datos personales, en en el ticket de compra que se quedan con una leyenda donde justifican que nosotros aceptamos el cargo por la compra, incluso me la retuvieron hasta que me hicieron el cargo. Una cosa totalmente absurda siendo que pagas con una tarjeta con nip de seguridad, incluida tu firma personal. Y sólo es en esta tienda..
 The service leaves a lot to be desired! Nothing recommended to buy... They ask you for your voter card, not to verify your identity, they do it to write down your personal data, in the purchase ticket they keep a legend where they justify that we accept the charge for the purchase , they even kept it for me until they made me the charge. A totally absurd thing being that you pay with a card with a security PIN, including your personal signature. And it's only in this store..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente trato, arreglaron un teléfono que ya había dado por perdido. Muy agradables desde la entrada. Se ve que tienen muy buenos productos y a buen precio. Definitivamente el mejor servicio técnico. Ojalá hayan más tiendas con el profesionalismo de ésta.
Excellent treatment, they fixed a phone that I had already given up for lost. Very nice from the entrance. They seem to have very good products at a good price. Definitely the best technical service. I wish there were more stores with the professionalism of this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El espacio no es muy grande sin embargo lo suficiente para mostrar los productos que Samsung ofrece sobre todo en telefonía.
Cómo es costumbre los equipos están exhibidos y puedes interactuar con ellos. Lo malo es que para el s22 ultra no tenían el pen, imagino el porqué pero aún así sería algo padre poder probarlo.
En cuanto a la atención fue "x" a menos que les preguntes no ví interés por parte de los vendedores en mostrar las capacidades del equipo.
The space is not very large, however it is enough to show the products that Samsung offers, especially in telephony.
As usual, the teams are displayed and you can interact with them. The bad thing is that for the s22 ultra they didn't have the pen, I imagine why but it would still be cool to try it.
Regarding the attention, it was "x" unless you ask them, I did not see interest on the part of the vendors in showing the capabilities of the equipment.

No le doy 5 estrellas porque considero que debería ser más grande.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, ni siquiera te voltean a ver. Fui a preguntar si podían arreglar el sensor de huella de mi Galaxy A21S y se portaron super indiferentes, de verdad, un asco la atención al cliente. ¿Tan poquito les paga Samsung como para tener esa actitud con el usuario? ?
Terrible attention, they don't even turn to see you. I went to ask if they could fix the fingerprint sensor of my Galaxy A21S and they were super indifferent, really, disgusting customer service. Does Samsung pay them so little to have that attitude with the user? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás en mi vida vuelvo a pisar una Galaxy Store, les platico mi desagradable experiencia en esta tienda, yo como todo papá inexperto fue a la tienda a comprarme un teléfono a mi hijo porque se acercaba su cumpleaños y quería un teléfono para jugar sus juegos en especial uno llamado Pokemon Go me parece entonces yo lo tenía idea de cuál, al llegar nadie me ofreció ayuda y solo me veían, y dije bueno, pues x, y yo le empecé a tomar fotos a uno que otro equipo para mandárselo a mi hijo y que me dijera cuál escogía para comprárselo el detalle fue que el chavo de rojo muy prepotentemente me dijo que “ahí” no s e podían tomar fotos si no que me retirara y el otro chavito solo se rio, la verdad me saqué de onda y me pase a retirar porque fue pésima la experiencia, total que salí y gasté más y termine comprándole un iPhone a mi hijo, el feliz que era lo que me importaba, y ahí en la ishop que está la atención fue excelente hasta me dejaron hablar por videoconferencia para enseñarle a mi hijo y que escogiera, jamás en mi vida compro un Galaxy y a todos los que conozco recomendare que no lo hagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendido por chavitos que acorde a su edad, se dirigen con poco respeto a los clientes. El chico de soporte no conoce el "por favor" y el "gracias". Todos de cara como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor.
Muy mala experiencia y eso que la marcar es mi favorita. Decepcionante.
Served by kids who, according to their age, address customers with little respect. The support guy doesn't know "please" and "thank you". All faces as if they were doing you a favor.
Very bad experience and that marking is my favorite. Disappointing.
