I took cash with my visa and the exchange rate was soooooo expansive!
But I realized that too late...not expecting, that there’s an exchange rate when you get cash with credit card...never happens before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big scam. I withdraw 5000 pesos (225 euros) and got charge 20 euros for this. And it s not my bank, alrrady done withdrawal in mexico before this one and got charge the right amount.
Good tips : you can withdraw sometimes in oxxo (supermaket) with no fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. Super high fee to use and terrible exchange rate. Then when you press cancel (when it asks to confirm or cancel), it spits out money anyway. Classic scam. Use HSBC down the street and save some cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous exchange rate from CAD to MXN. I got charged an extra $300 CAD extra on top of what the conversion rate would have been. AVOID AT ALL COSTS using your international debit card at their ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I read these reviews ahead of time. There’s a $5 fee for the transaction and the exchange rate is 12% higher than the actual rate. Look elsewhere if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful. All negative reviews are true. I changed 8,000 pesos and it should be slightly more than $400. The screen shows me $451. When I want to cancel the transaction, it gives me the money anyway. I asked for a receipt too but If course I didn’t get one. Please be aware!
