★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told we would get 2 dives with the whale shark for $150 (us), 6 hours in a boat, there was one whale shark, I never even got to get into the water to try (I was 4th in line), and then they said it’s 2 o’clock and time to go home.
When I get back they say no refund because I didn’t pay $15 for warranty (which you only get $60 back).
I’m mad about the money, but it’s my last day in Cancun… they completely wasted it… and that makes me furious.
