Big rip off, they use the tour trick with hotels to get you to buy their jewelery that is way overpriced. Its a waste of time, dont take any tours that involve this store.

I was here Feb 2018, it was a very nice store. The lady helping me was knowledgeable and fun! I had a great time and would most definitely go back!

Took the shuttle from the resort for a free ride into town no wonder it was free they automatically talk you to the silver factory whether you want to go or not,then make you stay there for 1.5 hours trying to sell you jewelry you don't want to buy ,wow that's not cool especially when we where not even told about this.Not worth it next time I will pay for a taxi service only 4 dollars.

Do not go to this place if told this is a silver factory that shows you how silver is made. It's just a large jewelry store with so-so looking jewels and a salesman who will try to sell you things. I personally prefer making larger purchases with some research, not on the spot. Would not go again.

Avoid this place. This was a a forced stop on our tour to Tulum. They left us here for an hour. 1. It smells horrible of mold and made me nauseous. 2. They do not show you how silver or jewelery is made. 3. It's just a rouse to get you to buy over priced jewelery. I think most people are able to recognize this place as a scam in the first 5 mins. Edit: Dear owner, nice to know you were closed on Sept 24th. FYI I was not there Sept 24th either. I only wrote the review on the 24th. However, this was the location I visited, unfortunately for me.

What a great place for jewelry. Must be the best prices I have found in Mexico. Huge inventory and knowledgeable staff. We bought silver and gold. We love the discounted prices. If you have time, they are worth a look.

Way overpriced on all levels. That's my main reason why I gave them a 3 star rating. With the name of Jewelry Factory, one would think you'd save some money due to low prices. With this place, that's an understatement. I almost fell to my knees when they said the price of serling silver cufflinks. I got some in silver that are nicer looking and yet I didn't pay half the price they wanted for their. He said $400, his boss/manager came a few minutes later and said $120 for any pair. From $400 to $120, I still didn't want it because I already have something better. I would not recommend this as a place to purchase due to high end prices. You will get better and lower if you shop around more. Part 2; My answer to your reply back. Like most of your replies back to others people who have placed a bad review about this business. You seem to write as you're always right. It's always the beginning of a person's down fall when they feel they're superior over others. You say the cufflinks retail over $1000 but was offered at $400 and then down to $120 for jewelry that are hand made. You are right, I may not know about hand made Jewelry like you do but I do know this much. If sterling silver retails for over $1000 or even $400 for a pair of cufflinks. I still won't buy it and even more if they are ugly like the two pairs that was shown to me. It was also mentioned that those are the only two left, not five like you wrote. So why over pay for something you don't like? I would pay those prices if it was yellow/white gold and something I like. The set I do have is much nicer then what you showed me. One other thing, if you have $25 dollars set, start with those and work your way up from there. So let me ask you something. Do you like apples? Well how do you like those apples?
