★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo servi-vet, (es mi punto de vista y experiencia) y con estudios de un hospital de alta especialidad (+Delta) en mano se puede justificar mi opinión, les platicón mi caso por si alguien pasa por lo mismo, yo lleve a mi perrito por una emergencia, en servi-vet no le hicieron los estudios necesarios y solo lo operaron, posteriormente el perro empeoro y cada vez que les preguntaba (preocupada por ver al perrito cada día peor) ellas me decían que era normal que el perro no comiera y estuviera en postración (no se moviera), una noche el perrito empeoro muchísimo así que busque otro hospital que me atendiera a mi pequeño en la noche ya que ellas ni el teléfono me contestaron, pero fue demasiado tarde, el perrito tenia otro problema y se puso mas grave con la operación innecesaria por lo que mi pequeño perrito falleció la semana pasada, NO RECOMIENDO esta clínica para una emergencia, si tú mascota padece algo grave busca un hospital donde tenga el equipo necesario para saber que tiene y el personal capacitado que lo atienda, si es lago donde la vida de tú mascota no peligre supongo no hay problema.
I do not recommend servi-vet, (it is my point of view and experience) and with studies from a highly specialized hospital (+Delta) in hand, my opinion can be justified, I will tell you my case in case someone goes through the same thing, I will take my puppy due to an emergency, at servi-vet they did not do the necessary studies and only operated on him, later the dog got worse and every time I asked them (worried about seeing the puppy worse every day) they told me that it was normal that the dog did not eat and was in prostration (it did not move), one night the puppy got much worse so I looked for another hospital that would treat my little one at night since they did not even answer the phone, but it was too late, the puppy had another problem and it got more serious with the unnecessary operation so my little puppy died last week, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic for an emergency, if your pet suffers from something serious, look for a hospital where they have the necessary equipment to know that you iene and the trained staff that attend it, if it is a lake where the life of your pet is not in danger, I suppose there is no problem.

Personal CON POCA EXPERIENCIA y sin supervisión
Fueron muy sutiles en el trato con mi gato pero no supieron dar un buen diagnóstico y tratamiento. Hace unas semas lo llevé a consulta desde los primeros síntomas que presentó. Primero me dicen que tiene un cálculo grande en la vejiga y que es necesario operar. Un día antes de la cirugía, al ver mejoría en el gato ME DICEN que ya no es necesario operar. Tres días después el gato empeora y me dicen que SIEMPRE SÍ es necesario operar y que la cirugía es 100% RECOMENDABLE. Al día siguiente lo operan y muere durante la operación. La explicación que recibo es: el gatito no aguantó ni la anestesia.
Era un gato joven (3 años), fuerte, bien alimentado (sin obesidad ni desnutrición) y lo llevé a ser atendido desde el primer síntoma. Tanto mi gato como yo, confiamos en el personal de ese hospital y tuvimos FATALES CONSECUENCIAS.
Personal con experiencia sabe que el tiempo es vital en esos casos y no vacila en determinar cuando es indispensable y recomendable una operación y cuándo no (algo que el personal de este establecimiento no supo hacer, por su falta de experiencia).
No es un pecado tener poca experiencia pero sí es una gran irresponsabilidad dejar que personal sin experiencia brinde consultas sin supervisión de un experto.

They were very subtle in dealing with my cat but they did not know how to give a good diagnosis and treatment. A few weeks ago I took him to consultation from the first symptoms he presented. First they tell me that he has a large stone in his bladder and that surgery is needed. One day before surgery, seeing improvement in the cat, THEY TOLD ME that it is no longer necessary to operate. Three days later the cat gets worse and they tell me that surgery is ALWAYS necessary and that surgery is 100% RECOMMENDED. The next day he is operated on and dies during the operation. The explanation I receive is: the kitten did not even endure the anesthesia.
He was a young cat (3 years old), strong, well fed (without obesity or malnutrition) and I took him to be treated from the first symptom. Both my cat and I trusted the staff of that hospital and we had FATAL CONSEQUENCES.
Experienced personnel know that time is of the essence in these cases and do not hesitate to determine when an operation is essential and recommended and when it is not (something that the personnel of this establishment did not know how to do, due to their lack of experience).
It is not a sin to have little experience, but it is highly irresponsible to let inexperienced staff provide consultations without expert supervision.

Mi esposa y yo somos del Sur de la Cdmx, y la verdad después de consultar en varios hospitales el problema tan grave que teníamos con la patita de nuestro perrito sin recibir una respuesta oportuna y de esperanza, llegamos a esta clínica por recomendación y la verdad estamos sorprendidos con los resultados, después de 2 meses nuestro perrito Ttala por fin volvió a caminar con normalidad. Lugar 100% recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año operaron al gatito de mi hermana una operación ortopédica y hoy en día anda al 100 poco después mi perrito Hércules lo llevamos por que se enfermó ya está mejor y hace unos dos meses operaron a la perrita de mi cuñado y ya tiene mejoras quiero agradecer a los especialistas alas enfermeras por todo el esfuerzo que hacen dejamos en sus manos la vida de nuestras mascotas el precio está accesible muy buena atención gente muy humana los recomiendo mucho .
