Ambos, personas de un corazón enorme y respeto hacia los animales, siempre preocupados auténticamente por el bienestar de los animales y sin falsas promesas; si tienen que dar una noticia que no nos agrade la darán pero sin la promesa de salvar a costa de un precio exorbitante. Si pueden ayudarlos con croquetas o donaciones para los perritos ellos lo agradecerán, ayudan a cientos de animales con sus propios recursos; los mejores veterinarios que he conocido y espero lo sean por mucho tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no fue buena. Llevé una mascota a operación desde las 9 am. Me dijeron que pasara por ella a las 4:30. Estuve todo el día preocupada, pensando mucho en ella. Y cuando fui a recogerla me dijeron que “perdón, pero no pudimos operarla, tráela mañana”. Mi mascota estuvo todo el día en su transportadora, con ayuno desde el día anterior. Ellos tenían mi celular y pudieron haberme llamado para ir por ella más temprano, y así evitarle seguir encerrada en un lugar ajeno. Pero no lo hicieron, se esperaron hasta que yo fui por ella. En mi opinión, muy poco profesionales y desatentos con los clientes nuevos. No me quedaron ganas de llevar a mi mascota al otro día y exponerla a que nos ocurriera lo mismo de nuevo.
My experience was not good. I had a pet in surgery since 9 am. They told me to pick up her at 4:30. I was worried all day, thinking a lot about her. And when I went to pick her up they told me "sorry, but we couldn't operate her, bring her tomorrow." My pet was in his carrier all day, fasting from the day before. They had my cell phone and they could have called me to get it earlier, and thus avoid being locked in a strange place. But they didn't, they waited until I went for her. Very unprofessional and inattentive to new clients in my opinion. I did not want to take my pet the next day and expose it to the same thing happening to us again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los 2 hermanos son excelentes doctores y merecen un gran reconocimiento. Son muy humanos y gentiles con los animales y en verdad les preocupa mucho su bienestar. Ayudan a varios animalitos que encuentran en la calle ?
La verdad no cobran caro, así que si te es posible, ayúdales con alguna donación extra, aunque sea en especie, para que puedan seguir con su hermosa labor.
