 Nice experience!! the guides are very friendly and give you enough time to enjoy it! In total we stayed two hours.

Very friendly welcome. 2x45min of snorkeling with a guide who speaks English and Spanish on the coral reef, it was magnificent. Interesting price (400 pesos), cheaper than most of the providers we consulted (600 pesos).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guides! Friendly and knowledgeable. When they tell you to follow the rules, (don't touch the reef, don't feed the fish, etc) make sure you really do follow them. One foolish woman on our tour decided to feed the fish. A coast guard (or someone similar) saw, and reported our guide to the harbormaster, and his tour license was revoked for a week. The rules are there for a reason, and the guides are the ones who get in trouble when we tourists don't follow them.

We talked to 2 different companies the We love Puerto Morelos tour company and this one...decided to book our fishing trip with these guys..walked passed the other company and they offered us a discount of $200 if we would book theirs...come to find out they are family and scammers...showed up at 8 on Sunday for our trip..they said that someone else had already booked it..then try n offer us another day ...hello ...our departure date...when I pay my money I expect to get what I paid for and when I paid for..so crooked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felipe González Alarcon was an exceptional booking agent of Seven Days! He was professional and knowledgeable about all the excursions offered. We did the 4 for 1 excursion and enjoyed it so much that we booked another excursion the next day for snorkeling. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends! The staff/ tour guides will treat you like family! You can't go wrong with booking Seven Days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felipe Gonzalez was extremely helpful. I felt he gave us a good deal and although we couldn't do snorkeling because the port was closed due to bad weather, gave us a full refund without hesitation. He's a lovely guy and recommend him 100%. Would use again.
