Soho Villas - Tulum

currently staying here with my wife and dog, the place is absolutely gorgeous. the road is a bit bumpy but the service and apartment is absolutely worth it!!! Diego is AWESOME!

Nice spot and the owners are also very nice unlike other comments say. The only problem for now is the access as it's more than walking distance from the city so you need a rental car to live here, and the road is very poor with pot holes and rocks all over

The place was not to bad but there was no AC in the living area and we where told that it sleeps 6 but really it’s 5 max. The road to get there is really bumping as there is a lot of construction going on around there. Be ready to be waking up early with loud drilling noises. The best thing about the place was the master bedroom as it was very spacious.

Worst Airbnb experience EVER. Booked a seemingly luxurious relaxing few days with my partner for a few nights and it was major disappointment from start to finish. •Point of contact was incredible rude and difficult to deal with •Very late afternoon check in which screwed up our entire day •The location was far away from the strip. It felt far too dangerous at night to walk and very difficult to order taxis as they didnt want to travel down that far. •A lot of construction and noise around the complex. Not the relaxing trip we paid big money for. •The property was basic & ours was nothing like the professionally staged photos and alluring descriptions on Airbnb ad. Tiny plunge pool on a shaded roof We both felt cheated. Recommendation: 100% avoid at all costs.

I dont know where all the low rate reviews are coming from I guess it's because they are pretty old. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our dog. The service is extraordinary, they helped us with every request and communicated to us in a timely manner. For sure will be coming back once COVID19 settles down. Btw the place is AMAZING!!!

Looks nice on the pictures but unfortunately you don’t see the horrible details on those picktures. We thought we are not so picky, it can be that bad as what people have written in the reviews. But seriously, don’t book! It will be a waste of your money. It’s a pity because when they treat this place with with love, this place can be so beautiful.

if you go to tulum you should definitely stay here !! the place is incredible, as in the photos, very clean and beautiful. The staff is incredible, the response is always friendly and fast! I will definitely stay here again!

Further from the main part of town than expected. Hard to find since roads to the villas aren’t fully developed yet.
