Soy socio nuevo y en mi segunda semana me encuentro que los instructores se estaban burlando de mi, no se si fue por mi aspecto físico, mi orientación o si estaba haciendo mal el ejercicio pero ami me tocó Alberto y Daphne hable con los gerentes y espero se haga algo, cada que voy me ponen incómodo estas personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, tienen problemas contantes para reservar, cada vez hay menos material en la alberca y menos limpieza, el personal tiene una pésima actitud y pésimo servicio. La alberca se llena cada vez más y en varios horarios tienen todo lleno por el equipo. Si te quejas el equipo no da ninguna solución y tardan muchísimo en cualquier trámite. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar en cuanto a atención. Muchísimos problemas para que te envíen los comprobantes de pago, ya ni se diga que te los envíen a tiempo para que puedas facturar. Quieren que estés a su disposición, para todo tienes que asisitir presencialmente. Si por alguna razón te enfermas y quieres pausar tu membresía, cancelarla o lo que sea, te piden que acudas sin importar nada. Eso sí, te siguen sobrando la mensualidad. Por si no fuera poco, personal administrativo no asiste fines de semana, por lo que las personas que están ahí para supuestamente atenderte, nunca te pueden apoyar con la gestión de pagos. Horrible lugar. La atención no es acorde a lo que pagas, ya ni hablar de su aplicación que falla todo el tiempo. Mejor buscar otro deportivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pagan de inicio 3600 pesos, posterior la mensualidad es de 1800, tuve muy mala experiencia, la unica persona que me atendio bien fue el vendedor, al estar en el club los couch no tienen el tiempo para ayudarte cuando lo solicitas, creo que les falta mucha atención al cliente por parte de los entrenadores, dejan ura rutina en un pizarron para la alberca pero nadie tiene la dispocición de explicarlo. Realmente de decepcione y termine por salir y acudir por menor precio a una escuela de natación.
