★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Cómo empezar? Les hace falta un chequeo de actitud al personal. Se supone que son Servidores públicos y parece que te están haciendo un favor. Vine 3 veces para un alta de vehículo, mismas 3 citas que tuve que sacar en línea o no te atienden. Un proceso tan fácil te lo pueden complicar tanto. El edifico se cae en pedazos, carecen de un mejor sistema y de mayor organización. Es malo el servicio por decir poco. Es una completa lástima tener que hacer esto de manera presencial. Qué bueno que es cosa de una vez y ya. Por favor lean bien lo que deben traer para sus trámites, de lo contrario es un completo chiste su “asistencia”.
How to start? They need an attitude check to the staff. They are supposed to be Public Servants and it seems that they are doing you a favor. I came 3 times for a vehicle registration, the same 3 appointments that I had to make online or they don't attend to you. Such an easy process can be so complicated. The building is falling apart, they lack a better system and a better organization. The service is bad to say the least. It's a complete shame to have to do this in person. It's good that it's a once and for all thing. Please read carefully what you should bring for your paperwork, otherwise your “assistance” is a complete joke.
