They have a good assortment and varied options that frequently suggest new ideas, unthinkable and delicious combinations. Different breads for all tastes. Good sturdy wrapping paper. Traditional drinks and $$ prices. They are in the place you least imagine with attentive staff who accept all suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK so you know the chain is big and expect the products to keep some consistency in tastyness and quality of service. Food was OK but the day I visited, the girl behind the counter had some attitude problem. I really don't expect everyone wearing ear-to-ear smiles all day long everywhere I go but, it makes you feel uncomfortable when the person serving you is clearly uneasy doing his/her job.
Another con is that the parking lot is too small, barely 4 spots...
