CUIDADO¡¡¡ al adquirir estos vehículos, si llegas a tener un accidente, tristemente ni la agencia ni la aseguradora se hacen responsables, CERO profesionalismo de su parte. Una vez salido el vehículo, NO HAY garantía de que te atiendan después. Llevamos CASI 6 MESES y es fecha que no me han entregado el vehículo con un golpe que seguramente podrían arregral en una semana si quisieran, pero no lo hacen. Eso si, yo pagando puntualmente el auto y a AXA la aseguradora, que lo único que han hecho es lavarse las manos y "hecharse la bolita" el uno al otro. Susuky Kaba y seguros AXXA, empresas poco profesionales. JAMÁS LAS RECOMENDARIA.
BEWARE when purchasing these vehicles, if you have an accident, sadly neither the agency nor the insurer are responsible, ZERO professionalism on their part. Once the vehicle has left, there is NO guarantee that you will be attended to afterwards. We have been ALMOST 6 MONTHS and it is date that they have not delivered the vehicle to me with a blow that they could surely fix in a week if they wanted, but they do not. Of course, me paying the car on time and AXA the insurer, that the only thing they have done is wash their hands and "play the ball" with each other. Susuky Kaba and AXXA insurance, unprofessional companies. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Buenas atención, el servicio es regular. Lo que si creo que hace una diferencia es la prueba de manejo que siempre tienen los vehículos disponibles para pruebas inmediatas. Los vendedores generalmente son sinceros con precio y calidad en sus comentarios.
Good attention, the service is regular. What I do think makes a difference is the test drive that vehicles always have available for immediate testing. Sellers are generally honest with price and quality in their comments.

ATENCIÓN…., Son amables y te facilitan todo para adquirir tu auto., pero el proceso POST VENTA, es ignorado y cambia a una atención deficiente. Tuve un accidente el paso 4 diciembre y es fecha que aún no me entregan el vehículo. Cuando realice la compra, pague un seguro AXXA, que me entere después que no tenía convenio con la agencia, y eso ha generado que tanto la agencia y el seguro, no se hagan responsables de la compostura de la camioneta, el seguro me dice que la agencia no cuenta con las piezas y la agencia me dice que aún no le llegan. La agencia o quien te otorgue el seguro tiene la obligación por ley de darte varias opciones de seguro y tu elegir, TENGAN CUIDADO CON SU VENDEDOR. Estuve leyendo los comentarios anteriores y los buenos comentarios son cuando te van a vender el auto, todo amable y respetuoso, pero después es donde se vive la realidad del servicio. Cuando compren primero lean los cometarios y evalúan su compra.
ATTENTION…., They are friendly and they make everything easy for you to acquire your car, but the POST-SALE process is ignored and changes to poor attention. The agency or whoever grants you the insurance is required by law to give you several insurance options and you choose, BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR SELLER. I was reading the previous comments and the good comments are when they are going to sell you the car, all friendly and respectful, but then it is where the reality of the service is experienced. When you buy first read the comments and evaluate your purchase.

Had to wait 20min to get my car. I was charged 76 pesos for hand gel I was supposedly getting as a courtesy. The company charges virtually nothing ($0.01 pesos) for their services and then overpriced cleaning spray ($500 pesos) as a consumable. I assume it's so they don't pay taxes on their services and pass it on to the customer as a consumable. Not coming back.
