★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite ayuda para purgar frenos y resulta que el procedimiento lo hizo a la inversa, es decir se debe purgar la llanta más lejana para sacar el aire de las líneas, se comienza por la trasera derecha y el joven purgo la delantera izquierda, su intencion fue buena pero el procedimiento creo yo estuvo mal hecho, no traía herramienta para realizarlo yo mismo.
Ask for help to bleed brakes and it turns out that the procedure was done in reverse, that is, the furthest rim must be bleed to get the air out of the lines, starting at the rear right and the young man bleed the front left, his intention was good but the procedure I think was badly done, I didn't bring a tool to do it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen mecánico, mal servicio. Pedí notas de las refacciones para recuperar fondos y nunca me las dio a pesar que se lo dije varias veces. Quedamos de acuerdo en qué iba a hacerle a mi vehículo y a pesar que me dijo que me haría más cosas le dije claramente que no, sin embargo lo hizo. Jamás pude comprobar el precio de las piezas porque no hubo notas ya que según él tenía las piezas allí a la mano.
Es buen mecánico pero no lo suficientemente honesto.
Good mechanic, bad service. I asked for notes on the parts to recover funds and he never gave them to me even though I told him several times. We agreed on what he was going to do to my vehicle and even though he told me he would do more things to me, I clearly told him no, nevertheless he did. I was never able to check the price of the pieces because there were no notes since according to him he had the pieces there at hand.
He's a good mechanic but not honest enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos quedamos a las 7 de la mañana un domingo, y el señor fue por nosotros (cuando otros mecánicos no contestaban). Se nos había roto la banda de tiempo, lo cual es un asunto delicado. Tengo varios amigos que han tenido este problema, y que no han tenido la misma suerte que yo de encontrar un mecánico tan bueno como el del Taller Mecánico 24 horas. El señor platicó con un mecánico de confianza de nosotros, de Veracruz, y nos mandó videos y fotos que ibamos pasando a nuestro mecánico, lo cual nos dio confianza. Por lo que nos comentó nuestro mecánico en Veracruz, pocos saben hacer el trabajo que hizo este señor, y lo hizo a un buen precio. Terminó el trabajo en dos días, y pudimos regresar a Puebla sin ningún problema. El taller tal vez no inspira confianza por las instalaciones, pero el señor tiene muchísima experiencia.
We stayed at 7 in the morning on a Sunday, and the man came for us (when other mechanics did not answer). Our time band had broken, which is a delicate matter. I have several friends who have had this problem, and who have not had the same luck as me to find a mechanic as good as the one at the 24-hour Mechanic Workshop. The man spoke with a trusted mechanic from us, from Veracruz, and he sent us videos and photos that we were passing on to our mechanic, which gave us confidence. From what our mechanic in Veracruz told us, few know how to do the job that this man did, and he did it at a good price. The job was finished in two days, and we were able to return to Puebla without any problem. The workshop may not inspire confidence because of the facilities, but the man has a lot of experience.
