★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que ingresó mi auto no no dan informes en absoluto, nos comunicamos y dicen que lo checaran pero nunca devuelven la llamada. No tienen seguimiento en sus ordenes y la atención es mala por parte de los asesores.
Since my car entered they do not give reports at all, we communicate and they say they will check it but they never return the call. They do not have follow-up on their orders and the attention is bad on the part of the advisors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a valuación, me trataron con la punta del pie y me sacaron de las instalaciones argumentando la pandemia, cuando adentro había mucha gente.
Me piden esperar en el auto y después de un rato llega el mismo tipo que me saco dicie dime qué Qualitas le cierra el sistema de 13 a 14 horas y que no podía atender e. Que me quejara con la aseguradora. Regresaré a las 15 horas para ver qué me dice .

I arrived at the valuation, they treated me with the tip of the foot and they took me out of the facilities arguing the pandemic, when there were many people inside.
They ask me to wait in the car and after a while the same guy arrives who took me out, tell me why Qualitas closes the system from 13 to 14 hours and that he couldn't answer e. That I complained to the insurer. I'll be back at 3:00 p.m. to see what he says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la atención del personal no te saben dar una respuesta concreta e información del vehículo la cual me parece demasiado molesto porque también dan un teléfono para mejor atención la cual no contestan ni responden los mensajes tiene uno que llegar directamente al taller y se tardan más de 30 minutos en que alguien te atienda y solo te pueden decir que están en espera del resultado cuando solamente es revisar suspensión y en cambio de llanta y la única excusa es qué el seguro no les ha mandado la refacciones y en verdad tengo muy malos comentarios de este lugar porque dicen que les cambian las piezas a los vehículos por eso no es mucho de mi confianza el taller pero desgraciadamente era el más cercano
Terrible service in the attention of the staff they do not know how to give you a specific answer and information about the vehicle which seems too annoying to me because they also give a telephone for better attention which they do not answer or respond to the messages one has to go directly to the workshop and they take time more than 30 minutes in which someone attends you and they can only tell you that they are waiting for the result when it is only to check the suspension and change the tire and the only excuse is that the insurance has not sent them the parts and in truth I have very bad comments about this place because they say that they change the parts of the vehicles, that's why I don't trust the workshop much, but unfortunately it was the closest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio! Fui a dar a este taller por parte del seguro:
1. Tuve que llamar yo para saber si mi coche ya estaba listo
2. Al llegar me entregan mi coche sucio, por dentro y por fuera, no se lavo por fuera y mucho menos por dentro. Me lo entregaron empolvado de 2 semanas
3. La pintura salpicada de blanco
4. Un raspón que se llevó toda la pintura.
5. Al comentar mis inconformidades solo limpian con un trapo seco el polvo y con ese mismo trapo adentro y luego empezaron a pulir el coche en sucio .
De verdad es un asco este taller.
It is a lousy service! I went to this workshop for the insurance:
1. I had to call myself to find out if my car was ready
2. Upon arrival they give me my dirty car, inside and out, it is not washed on the outside and much less on the inside. They gave it to me 2 weeks old
3. The white splattered paint
4. A scratch that took all the paint.
5. When commenting on my disagreements, they only clean the dust with a dry cloth and with that same cloth inside and then they begin to polish the car dirty.
This workshop really sucks.
