★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New management is in place at the beach club along with the new name Jungle Fish. The group now running the place is the same that run La Palapa In Chemuyil.
It is considered the private beach club for residents of Tao, however the facilities are open to the public with a $300pp cover charge, which can be applied to your tab. I believe the restaurant section can be used without cover.
The food is very good and the service is excellent. The prices are also an improvement. Locals will find the menu quite similar to La Palapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend this place ... the service was very poor as the waiters spent the afternoon playing cards ..
The food was very average for the area, and to expensive for what it was. Also you can’t really swim in the water unless you have proper shoes to go in. It is a shame they don’t have any that they can lend.
Also, paying 20 usd to use the kayak is really unjustified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice spot with a great view and good food and drinks. What really makes this place stand out to me is the great service and people. It's not a big place but has some nice beach chairs in the sand, tables, comfortable seating and a pool to cool off in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is stinky and full of plastik garbage. No healthy food...besides avocado salat. Toulets are not really clean. No seperate dress room. No regular showers. Service was good. Resume: Potential to make it much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Club is small but has nice contemporary decor. No one greeted us when we arrived, so we approached the bartender. Had wonderful fresh juice. Beach a bit rocky there, bring beach shoes. Great beach beach bathrooms. Cool 2nd floor deck, which blocks the wind, but no furniture up there.
