★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I, for the life of me, can't understand why this cell phone store won't allow dogs. It is absolutely ridiculous. I am learning that most all of Rocky Point is Very Dog Unfriendly. I usually have no need to go there but on this day I wanted to check on something. I learned from my visit that I can check that online too, so no need to go back! I have a legitimate service ?? and they don't even care about that! Unreal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to get a new SIM card in an old iPhone because my son lost his primary American phone. They helped us out and we’re very patient with our limited Spanish. In the end we left with a New Mexican cell number on our American phone and all is good now. Way cheaper than USA prices.

The employee didnt speak English so she was talking to my boyfriend but ended up using a translater to speak to me... The price to repair a scree is much cheaper than the compition at Cellular Hospital.. The prices were $1443 MXN compared to $2220MXN to replace a screen..
I brought 2 galaxy phones in for repair. The first one she picked up looked at it a second and said they could not work on it without giving a reason.. The second one she wanted it left over night because there was no technician on a Saturday afternoon.
I would go back because they are friendly and the prices are lower.
