No dejan espacio libre, se paran en poblados para llenar el autobus tipo sardina. Los pasajeros juntos codo a codo. Atención de la srita. De compra de boletos super déspota.
Càsi no contesta. Pésima higiene. Mal olor baño y autobuses eso si videos mostrando como sanitizan y es Mentira!!!
No me queria vender el boleto porque no tenia cambio.
En la terminal, los despachadores de gel gratuito, el gel està hecho piedra.
Retrasos en las salidas.
Pésimo servicio!!!
Si me contagio de covid los demandaré!

Càsi does not answer. Bad hygiene. Bad smell bathroom and buses that if videos showing how they sanitize and it's a Lie !!!

At the terminal, the free gel dispensers, the gel is made of stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un servicio de restaurantes inferior al de otras terminales, casi siempre está sucia y no permiten entrar a ubers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una vergüenza esto. La organización, su infraestructura y la planeacion y logistica que tiene este lugar estan de lo peor.
Es una mala decision tomar un servicio que ofrezca esta empresa.
Ponen en mal a México y a los mexicanos reflejando un nivel y capacidad de implementación mucho menor a lo que puede ser.
Esto es un fenómeno que deja ver la poca coordinación entre las autoridades de desarrollo urbano y las empresas que ofrecen sus servicios de transporte.
Evidentemente no existe ni la señalizacion correcta y tampoco persona que de explicación alguna de tan horrible experiencia.
This is a shame. The organization, its infrastructure and the planning and logistics that this place has are the worst.

They put Mexico and Mexicans in a bad way, reflecting a level and capacity of implementation much lower than what can be.
This is a phenomenon that reveals little coordination between the urban development authorities and the companies that offer their transport services.
Obviously there is neither the correct signposting nor a person who can give any explanation of such a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradó mucho ver cómo están cumpliendo con los protocolos de sanitización e higiene, el control de accesos de entrada y salida, las medidas que están tomando desde la entrada a la terminal como en cada uno de los mostradores de las líneas de autobuses. La atención por parte del personal fue muy amable y eficiente, acudí a comprar boletos para unos familiares que se van a ir de viaje y realmente recomiendo mucho esta Terminal de Autobuses...
