De verdad supervisan sus terminales y a su personal que pésimo servicio y que mala calidad de las unidades, ya no ofrecen lo que dicen en su página, como se ve que ni usan sus transportes, no dan el mencionado kit de viaje y sus unidades en mal estado, sus conductores hacen lo que quieren, que mal que brinden ese servicio. To whom it May concern. They really supervise their terminals and their staff that terrible service and poor quality of the units, they no longer offer what they say on their page, as it is seen that they do not use their transports, they do not give the aforementioned travel kit and their units in bad state, their drivers do what they want, how bad they provide that service.
G	Greg Jose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much in need of a completerily remodeling. Place is not well lit. No ac.. Pigeons were flying into the waiting room. Restrooms are barely functional. No store for snacks or drinks. No visible security. Taxi sitio 70 Pesos to Bridge 1 and pedestrian entry into the USA. Traveled on Turistar which was ok but prefer their sister autobus company ETN which utilizes a new terminal in Nuevo Laredo. Terminal primarily services Futura and Frontera Autobuses.

When I said I didn't have one, did not know who they were, they wanted to see my papers. I refused since they had not identified themselves, nor were they in police or security uniform. They continued to ask for my identification. I refused and tried to get in a taxi. They said they would not let me go and they controlled who came in and out of Mexico. At this point 5 men surrounded me and revealed they were Zetas. I showed them my passport and they finally let me leave. There were no police or security guards at the establishment. There was no authority I could call for help.
F	Friar Dat Babyfur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boy, this place has seen better days. It's nowhere as shiny as the place across the street, but the service here is amazing. Attentive clerks will show you where you should wait for your bus trip, and you'll be offered a beverage and snacks for your trip. There isn't much in the way of seating while waiting, but the Mexican buses are usually on time and won't keep you long.
