★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking to purchase a condominium in Puerto Vallarta, you need to check out the design of The Ava. Totally blown away by the concept. Little hidden secret, it’s close to some of the best restaurants and art galleries. We own close by and we feel close to everything but with a lot of privacy. I walk to my favourite taco stand then grab my Starbucks down the street. This property is on a hill and ever since we’ve invested we become more healthy with the challenging walk up and down. I feel fit again!
