Rarely when I splurge on a really pricey meal do I feel like it was worth the money. The food, service, and atmosphere here were next level, and this was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. We ordered their Valentine’s Day dinner, which included various courses of seafood, steak, veggies, and more. Everything was cooked to perfection and they brought my wife a rose at the start of the meal. I really enjoyed this dinner.

Overrated. For fine dining it is very low. Cost is not worth it , dishes are uninspired and low quality for the cost, and service needs improvement. I have eaten at fine dining establishments for the same price and this place is nowhere close to being in their league. Needs much improvement to be at their price point.

With a name like Hyatt and a $400 check price this restaurant was a massive disappointment. The quality of the seafood was worse than red lobster, dry and bland. The bone marrow appetizer had charred bread along with it that overwhelmed the taste of decent bone marrow. Drinks were ok. Dessert was ok. We've gone to other restaurants high end and low in the area and by far the Hyatt provided the worst quality of food. Save your money and you can go out twice at Passion, Oh La La, Imprevist, or Ha for a 100x better quality experience.

Bottom line up front: Elegant steak house serving expensive cuts of meat and fish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They started service with an amuse of shrimp ceviche. Definitely one of the better flavor profiles of the evening. We started with some oysters from Baja that were pretty good raw but we also tried them grilled with chorizo. The appetizers here are probably the best things. We had the raviolis (which were actually capeletti) and roasted bone marrow which were both delicious. For entrees we had the Wagyu filet, the fish of the day (grouper), and the grilled prawns. Everything was delicious. One thing to be weary of is how thin the steak cuts are. Slightly different from your standard American steak house cut. The grouper and prawns were both very well cooked and delicious. Dinner was topped off with a roasted pear and petit fours. Overall very good, but not excellent enough to travel out of your way for. The service was excellent. Definitely one of the better and nicer places in the area though.

The food was so good! I had the portobello burger, came with lots of fries. Bun was fresh. Great flavours. My husband had lobster tails and lived it. Mashed potatoes were also perfect. There was also a basket of bread and butter to start. Great service.

The hotel and the view are gorgeous but I expected more from a restaurant in a hotel. We ordered a Tomahawk, catch of the day and prawns. Tomahawk was delicious. Catch oh the day which is a grouper, was so fishy and dried. The prawn looks like regular sized shrimps. Just looks like everything shrunk. Pretty disappointed on the food overall. But the service was good.

The food was very delicious and fresh! It’s a little on the pricey side for what you get but that’s to be expected I suppose. Location and views of the ocean are fantastic!
