Bad attention, buy a mini split climate, and they gave it to me without remote control, I went for it and they gave me one of another model. Very bad attention apart they made me wait a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí el 25/11/17 y la atención de una empleada fue pésima, estaba hablando por teléfono ( al parecer con un familiar ) ignorando las preguntas que le hacía sobre un producto, de igual forma al preguntarle hacia caras, supongo que pensó que no iba a comprar, terminé comprando en la tienda solo porque el precio era bueno, pero la atención fue PÉSIMA.
I went on 11/25/17 and the attention of an employee was terrible, she was talking on the phone (apparently with a family member) ignoring the questions she asked about a product, likewise asking her faces, I guess she thought that I was going to buy, I ended up buying at the store just because the price was good, but the attention was PÉSIMA.
