Lugar que tienen que conocer excelente

Hermoso proyecto. Con amplios espacios y áreas comunes funcionales. Tikal engloba todo lo necesario para que un Vacacionistas disfrute al máximo sus vacaciones. Y a los inversionistas a tener un alto nivel de ingresos residuales.

Excelente servicio por parte del staff de KiiN Rentals. El complejo es hermoso y más de lo que esperaba. Superó todas mis expectativas.

Un lugar tranquilo, bien ubicado, seguro. Excelentes acabados y amenidades. Muy recomendable para hospedarse.

Casi invierto… Buena altura en los apartamentos y ciertos detalles. La alberca está horrible y los espacios inútiles. No compraría ya que existen otros mejores desarrollos por el precio. Me hospedé para vivir la experiencia y parece que no hay nadie en la recepción.

Great location, and amazing front desk support

Full disclosure: I am the owner of Unit 8. I have stayed in many Airbnbs so when I decided to buy in Tulum I looked for a place that would give me plenty of space and comforts as a remote worker. I equipped my unit with a desk, ergonomic chair (not shown), and external monitor to make working remote easier. In terms of the building, every unit here has it's own washer/dryer combo (admittedly, the drying can take hours so I recommend air drying to save precious resources). Every 1-bed unit has a powder room, and a whole separate room for the shower and soaking tub area, which is not common and means you get one sink in the powder room and another in the shower area. The units have 10ft ceilings and real wood cabinetry, which give it a high end look. The pool is functional and not just a dipping pool like most places around have (I've stayed in 6). Finally, there is a fully equipped gym, yoga palapa, and a game room with pool table, foosball, drink fridge, tables, bar, and restrooms.
