★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay una ligera línea entre preparar la tostada rápidamente y hacerla al chingadazo y la acaban de pasar... La crema debe ir untada en la tostada para que aporte sabor y no solamente engañada en la superficie en las tostadas que así lo requieren. Las que tienen líquidos las entregan chorreando porque no las escurren como es el caso de la pata o camarón....El servicio es más rápido si. pero la calidad y sabor disminuyó....
 There is a slight line between preparing the toast quickly and making it to the fuck and they just passed it ... The cream must be spread on the toast to add flavor and not only tricked into the surface in the toasts that require it. Those that have liquids are delivered dripping because they do not drain as is the case of the leg or shrimp .... The service is faster yes. but the quality and flavor decreased ....
