Tengo 4 días llamándoles para que den mi cotización para reparar una fascia el área de bodyshop y no más no responden y la operadora dice que les paso el recado pero no se han comunicado al correo ni al teléfono que les deje. Igual en el área de servicio, cuando les dejas el auto, dicen que te llamaran en cuanto este listo, tampoco lo hacen. Uno tiene que estar llamandoles para que le digan "si ya esta, puede pasar por el" They may have good cars but very bad customer service. Se les vuelve a llamar y hacen lo mismo. Pésimo servicio al cliente. El servicio de mantenimiento es muy bueno. Solo deberían mejorar el proceso de citas por teléfono, un: "por el momento todo los asesores están ocupados..." O "déjanos tu número telefónico y nos comunicaremos a la brevedad posible... " Sería útil y entendible... Gracias por la atención.
