★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing time! The crew was very attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole charter. They made planning my birthday on the yacht very easy by helping me with every detail before I even arrived. The food was AMAZING.
Beautiful scenery. I strongly recommend this company, they are very professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We has the pleasure of cruising the Caribe in Ema, a gorgeous catamaran where we celebrated my husband’s 40th bday. The whole experience was fantastic. The team helped me plan a magical experience with a custom cake, DJ, photographer, delicious food and a wonderful team there to help us. I cannot say enough positive things about this group. They were absolutely wonderful. Thank you to Tati and the entire crew for the best experience we could have asked for. If you ever need a private event, definitely choose this company.

The yacht staff were so friendly and made amazing drinks/snacks. They made our trip super memorable. Over all I would definitely recommend riviera charters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Booked with them for my best friend’s bachelorette trip back in June! The captain and crew were so amazing! Unfortunately it rained our trip, but that didn’t stop the fun! They made sure to keep us entertained the ENTIRE TRIP! Chef whipped up THE BEST food for us! Literally sooooo much amazing food, had us craving it once we left!
Oh & when they say OPEN BAR, honey, they mean OPEN BAR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine until it wasn’t. The staff was very accommodating while on the actual boat. After them handling my debit card I realized I had several fraudulent chargers totaling to around $1500. I tried to call the company and my call was never answered. I obviously had to cancel my card but my bank is still sending me fraud alerts at the hands of their staff. It’s ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie, Omar & Captain were great host! They took very good care of us, we had 2 people in our party who weren’t swimmers and they were extra cautious with them. They kept the drinks coming and guacamole was exceptionally delicious!! Definitely worth every penny. Transportation was efficient and extremely clean, we went from Tulum to Puerto Aventuras. You won’t regret booking this!
