★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar seguro, tiene vigilancia a la entrada , puedes llegar con tus citas y estacionarte si ellos tienen lugar, no es tan limpio el lugar pero eso no le quita mérito, los edificios ya son un poco viejos .
 It is a safe place, it has surveillance at the entrance, you can arrive with your appointments and park if they take place, the place is not so clean but that does not detract from its merit, the buildings are already a bit old.

Con las nuevas administraciones se han descuidado mucho las áreas comunes, adicional a que muchos vecinos hacen lo que quieran en las fachadas y jardineras tomándolas como propias.
Sigue siendo un buen lugar para vivir y los departamentos cuentan con muchas ventajas que los nuevos ya no.
The unit was very nice a few years ago.
With the new administrations, the common areas have been neglected a lot, in addition to the fact that many neighbors do what they want on the facades and planters, taking them as their own.
It is still a good place to live and the apartments have many advantages that the new ones no longer have.
