nice place to stay. it is in the cut. having a car is ideal as taxi fares to Centro can add up. riding a bike in the daytime is perfect but not at night. the residence is great and the pool area is super nice.

great hotel, I recommend going here! although the blankets are little rough and can’t keep you warm that much, other than that 5 stars. I love it so much I will go here again!

Incredible property for extended stays, my girlfriend and I spent a month at valhalla, our room was gorgeous and the reception person was very accommodating to all of our needs, our room came with a fully functional kitchen ready to meet all of our culinary needs, the food in Tulum is amazing but sometimes before a long day in cenotes at the beach or enjoying any of the other treasures the Riviera Maya has to offer it was nice being able to prepare our own breakfast in house and it also helped mitigate some of the costs of our trip. We stayed for 21 days and honestly felt better than we do at home. The bathroom was gorgeous and tiled with marble/granite the living room was spacious and minimalistic but still felt cozy and modern, and the bedroom was very comfortable with an incredible bed. The pool was refreshing and has these incredible hydro jets that give and amazing hydromassage. The property is about 5 minutes away from the centro and 10 minutes away from the beach, which offered us a very tranquil and serene environment practically in the jungle. This has been some of the most quality sleep I've ever had. I definitely recommend it and we will be returning as soon as possible. Thank you Valhalla.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean, rooms are spacious and there is a nice kitchen. it is far from the noise of the center, it is located in a secured residential area and it is best when you have your own car to go to restaurants in the evening, etc. Probably not the best idea to bike at night (outside of the secured zone). There is one restaurant nearby that was very nice, but most restaurants are further away so you need to drive there or take a taxi. We were working remotely during the week so this place was really good for this. Good internet and they have a communal area on the top floor that was a perfect relaxed work space with nice air flow and bird chirping in the background.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Antonietta. She was extremely nice, patient, and wonderful throughout the whole stay. She made sure we had towels for the beach, and clean white towels throughout our stay and answered any questions we had. The hotel is rather new and found in the Riviera Tulum “gated community” (it’s just controlled access). The rooms are amazing. The living room and two rooms all had ceiling fans with a central a/c unit that did a fantastic job at keeping the whole place cool. The beds are comfortable and the rooms had plenty of lighting as well as curtains to cover all the windows up. The kitchen is also very great with many amenities. The sink has a water purification system that was able to provide drinkable water (we drank it and were just fine). There are plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, knives, forks, and spoons provided. The hotel included a fridge with an ice maker, electric stove top, coffee machine, and a mini grill. They did not have a microwave in our kitchen but there was one at the commons area upstairs. The bathrooms had body wash and shampoo (in which we only used the body wash after running out of soap) and hot/cold water. Bathroom was extremely nice as well. The only thing I would slightly improve would be the “blankets”. We were sunburned and they were rough to sleep with. It isn’t a huge deal though. Still comfortable and amazing place!! Another thing to note is that you are a little ways from downtown Tulum which may be an issue to some. We had a car and were able to get to downtown in around 7-10 minutes. Overall, we would love to stay here again. The price is great and what it offers was amazing. Thank you for the awesome stay!

The apartment we stayed in was so spacious and clean and fresh and I would definitely recommend staying. I had a swim almost every day and the pool lights up with lots of different colours in the evening. The cherry on the top was our amazing host Antoinetta. She is such a lovely, warm, friendly lady who was always very happy to help and is a real credit to the establishment. I dont usually write reviews for the places I stay in but even though there was a bit of a language barrier (i dont speak any Spanish) Antoinetta made our stay even more enjoyable

Pros: - VERY quiet. Not only there are no night clubs around but also their walls and windows are thick. People who are sensitive to noise will appreciate it - Antoinette was extremely helpful and friendly - Very spacious rooms - Fast Internet - A lot of kitchen amenities Cons: - No microwave and no kettle - The furniture selection in the room was a bit strange. There was a counter in the kitchen area but there was no table. For example, there is absolutely no table if you want to work remotely - Location. This place is relatively far from the beach and el centro Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
