Los empleados del taller son muy amables y eficientes, sin embargo, le doy 3 estrellas porque el equipo administrativo de Vento es muy lento para resolver problemas.
The workshop employees are very friendly and efficient, however I give it 3 stars because the Vento administrative team is very slow to resolve issues.

Efectivamente el dueño es muy amable , pero la calidad en el servicio es malísima , en el primer servicio, a mi moto no le hicieron nada, por qué aprox a los 20 días se daño del motor ,y por los daños en el motor ,es por qué este no tenía el aceite suficiente o adecuando, un mecánico de la competencia me comentó que al no hacerle el servicio bien o que no se lo hicieron , este tuvo sus consecuencias , la moto tardo 2 meses en la taller esperando que procediera la garantía y no precedía ,una por qué no habían mandado la evidencia completa y otra por qué la ingeniera , una tal Martina , no había revisado dicha evidencia , total que una malísima calidad en el servicio al cliente ,tanto en el call Center que no tenían la información correcta así como del personal que se ocupa de gestionar o de resolver los problemas, total a finales de noviembre entregan la moto andando , pero, llegando a casa se apaga y ya no enciende ," la batería estaba muerta " Aparte la entregué con 3 cuartos de gasolina y me entregaron con un cuarto , la verdad muy pésimo servicio, el que sea atento o educado el dueño del taller, no implica en que te hagan bien los servicios , tengan cuidado de cuando lleven sus motos , de preferencia quédense a verificar a que realmente le hagan los servicios adecuados ..

Un pésimo servicio, la primera vez que fuí no estaba abierto en horario laboral y la segunda vez, dejé la moto desde las 11 AM, hasta las 5:20 PM y no solucionaron los defectos del motor, en cuál es nuevo pero mal revisado para haber sido vendido.

Pésimo servicio!!! El encargado no contesta las llamadas ni dan solucion a problemas de garantia La moto que llevamos a servicio tiene 2 dias en taller y no se sabe que le hicieron que ahora no arranca Y los empleados dicen que la unica persona nos puede dar razón es precisamente quien nunca esta y no contesta ni llamadas ni mensajes un tal señor jose company asi se hace llamar!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO Buscaré otro taller

No hay respuesta telefónica, poca formalidad en los horarios del taller, muy mal servicio, Mi moto entro por una falla eléctrica que no entro en garantia. Despues de dos semanas encontraron la falla , pero el armado de nuevo quedo muy mal

Literal las 2 veces que solo fui por servicios normales para estar al día con la garantía me la regresaron con sonidos nuevos, tanto mi primo, amigo y yo que nos compramos Vento y velocci nos arrepentimos de haberlo llevado con esta gente.

Como varios comentan el dueño es amable pero en cuestión de servicio pésimo... Lleve mi moto a su primer servicio y no le pusieron el aceite. Desafortunadamente termine accidentado y el dueño no se quiso hacer responsable... Pésimo. No lo recomiendo. Y por su culpa perdi mi garantía Vento...
As several comment, the owner is friendly but in terms of lousy service... I took my motorcycle to its first service and they didn't put the oil on it. No está abierto a su hora laboral Pésimo servicio Deverian quitarles la patente de la marca y dárselo a un taller que si tengo mejores servicios
