★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dra Ayde (dueña) es muy atenta, el dr igual los chicos de la estética muy amables, el chico que recibe para pensión super amable, pero lo que es la sra grande de la tarde nada más no da una, y la otra una nueva peor, se tarda horas de verdad horas para recibir a los clientes y pregunta y vuelve a preguntar lo mismo. Es estresante de verdad cuando están ellas.
Dr. Ayde (owner) is very attentive, the doctor is the same, the aesthetics guys are very kind, the guy who receives super kind pension, but what is the big lady in the afternoon, nothing else does not give one, and the other one new worse, it takes hours really hours to receive customers and ask and ask again the same thing. It's really stressful when they're around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si llevas perritos todo super bien, pero si llevas gatos mejor ve a otro lado, el doctor es muy bueno aunque sin duda tratan muchísimo mejor a los perros, y cuidado con que les reclames por un mal trato, porque si vuelves a requerir de su servicio, te la hacen súper larga y te tratan súper incómodo. Uno va por sus animalitos y la verdad es que te deja mucho a desear el trato que te dan y como son. La doctora y una de sus empleadas que la verdad son muy groseras. Es triste fui por recomendación y la verdad es que termine muy decepcionada.

Ya van más de 4 veces que lastiman a mi perro cuando lo llevo a baño y corte (lo han cortado de más al grado de lastimarlo y quemarlo con la máquina de rasurar, le cortaron de más sus garritas y, esta última vez, lo dejaron todo tuzado y con quemadura ☹️ considero que mi perro es tranquilo al momento del baño) lo peor es que nunca me han avisado de esto, siempre soy yo la que se da cuenta después de revisarlo ?
