Pésimos en todos los aspectos. Los contacté porque necesito tres ventanas nuevas y varios mosquiteros, concretamos cita en dos ocasiones y nunca llegaron, la tercera vez llegaron en el horario que se les dio la gana y no en el que acordamos, obvio yo no estaba, me habla la señora para poder hacer otra cita y finalmente le dije que no me interesa contratar a gente que no sabe ser responsable , imaginen si para hacerse de un trabajo son tan informales, no quiero imaginar cómo son para entregarlo. MAL MUY MAL.
Terrible in all respects. No dejen nada para enmarcar! Pésimos para cuadros y enmarcados. Hacen lo que quieren y no les importa si queda mal y lastiman lo que dejes ahí.
Leave nothing to frame! Terrible for paintings and framed. They do what they want and they don't care if it looks bad and they hurt what you leave there.

Hace 15 días fui a enmarcar unas fotografías. 3 Marcos 59x42 y 5 29x21. Me dijeron que los recogiera en una semana. Serían 8 días hábiles. Llegue a los 8 días “habiles“ y me dijeron que no estaban. Resulta que los días “habiles“ son los del taller que trabaja de lunes a viernes. Regrese hoy 15 de junio, serían 13 días “habiles“. No estuvieron listos, y la señora encargada de caja o la que recibe le echó la culpa al taller de la ineficacia e ineficiencia. Comento que esta señora no sabe de buen servicio al cliente. Se queda desde la ventana del piso de arriba sin bajar a a atender a las personas. Definitivamente no vuelvo a ir a este lugar. No lo recomiendo. Prometió la señora que me traerían hoy a las 5 pm los cuadros a domicilio. Dudo que cumplan su palabra. …. edito a las 20:30 Pm... confirmo que no llegó a mi casa lo que este señora dijo que mandaría, ni llamó por teléfono para disculparse o avisar. Por favor NO VAYAN A ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO.. Ojalá Hugo Mtz dueño se este local haga algo con e servicio o corra a esa señora que no sabe de servicio a cliente.

Pésimo servicio, si quieren salvarse de una mala experiencia no contraten los servicios, en enero hice un pedido, ya es marzo y no lo han entregado, tuve que mover mi evento donde ocuparía lo que encargué, ya había liquidado el pago y ni así fueron capaces de cumplir con la fecha de entrega, cuando su promesa era de 10 días hábiles. Ni una estrella se merecen como calificación.

A pesar de las pésimas reviews que tiene el establecimiento me lancé a cotizar con ellos. Quedaron de venir hoy 10am. No llegaron marqué a partir de las 11am que dicen que abren y nadie me contestó hasta las 12am que abrieron el local. La señora que tiene la peor reputación en las reviews me contestó de la peor manera y me dijo que NO HABÍA NADIE A QUIEN PUDIERA MANDAR. Por favor no se desgasten.

Lugar súper nefasto, no sé cómo le hacen para sobrevivir.... Puro lavado de dinero de seguro porq la atención es horrible, nunca contestan,. Atención nefasta,. No te responden, ni te solucionan nada en absoluto, prepotentes y arrogantes, Ojalá se fueran porq solo estorban, no sirven neta para nada de nada,. La peor tienda de vidrios de cdmx por mucho!!

Pésima y nefasta atención de parte de Hugo, supongo que es el propietario y de Nohemí. Literalmente a gritos atendieron mis quejas. Me colgaron el teléfono... y todo por qué? pues porque no me han terminado el trabajo al 100% y yo ya les pagué. Dicen que tienen mucho trabajo y otros clientes a quien atender y que por unos pesos no se van a dar a conocer. No dan aviso de que van a terminar después. PÉSIMOS Y NEFASTOS. NO COMPREN SUS PRODUCTOS NI SUS SERVICIOS.
