BEWARE!!! Stay away from this place trust me! I booked with them through Travelocity and on my purchase it showed a simple but decent room and my purchased showed that 2 beds was necessary. Upon arrival they gave me a room with 1 bed (where should my friend sleep on the floor?). After our predicament of not having 2 beds we were treated rudely but eventually they said a room would be available with 2 beds. They moved us into another building that literally had plywood and bamboo walls and a cloth ceiling with holes you could see to the outside through which allowed bugs in. It was dark and nasty and was of a lesser quality room than what I purchased on travelocity. We gave it chance but found a new hotel after that first miserable night being eating alive by what was either mosquitos that came in and/or bedbugs. This hotel is a SCAM and bait and switched our room. I paid for a nicer room and got a low end one and they refuse to refund the 6 nights we couldn't stay there. They also aren't taking covid safety seriously at all so be cautious. Don't let the photos trick you... this is a nasty hotel with nasty staff and they are lacking any ethics for how they operate. BE VERY AWARE THAT THEY CAN SWITCH THE ROOM YOU BOOK OR BED REQUESTS AND THEY OFFER ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF THEY CHANGE IT AND TRAVELOCITY DOES NOT HAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS BACKS.

I did not get to stay but cancelled my reservation in good time. It is weeks that I am trying to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Stayed 7 nights in late May early June. Absolutely loved it! Mayan room 35. King bed extra comfy and great pillows. Staff was very friendly and accommodating , spoke rather well English. Was able to get a covid test on site when returning which was awesome, easy, and cheap. The location was outstanding!!! Walk 5 feet and on the beach, throw a rock in any direction and hit a bar/food. The rooms had great AC and fridge. Reading room provided fresh water and wifi. Location was kept clean as could hope for. Would come back here in a heart beat!!!!

Comfortable accommodation at a privileged location in Punta Norte. Gardens and palm trees around the pool make you feel in paradise whilst relaxing on your pool chair. Beach access doors are locked for security, but you easily get there by going around the main entrance. Make sure to bring your snorkel/goggles ? as you don’t want to miss the chance to see the fish ? ? at the beach right in front of the hotel. Rooms are ok, very rustic but with AC, mini fridge, and cable TV—all you need. Some of them have private waterfront balconies, and others have their own indoor jacuzzi. Room rates are very affordable!

Ok hotel if you have no requirements. Not very clean. We had also booked breakfast which you cannot enjoy at the hotel. You have to go to another place. There you can enjoy 2 slices of old toasted bread with butter and jam. The entrance to the beach was closed. No beach towels possible, so bring your own.

Location was perfect. Room was clean. We did the “continental breakfast” only on the first morning. It wasn’t worth the effort finding it. One cup of coffee, one glass of juice, two slices toast with one butter and one strawberry preserve. Do t ask for a refill of coffee or anything else . We bought a coffee machine from Chedraui and made our own breakfast the rest of the week until we discovered the little market close by. The cold water tap produced no cold water. The bed was small and very soft which meant we rolled to the middle. One arrival we paid half of the bill by cash, when checking out the receptionist refused to accept a credit card payment. We weren’t informed that they would only take cash. Eventually they reluctantly accepted the card payment as we had no cash for the bill. Overall it wasn’t bad.

This place was awesome. You get a free coffee ticket in the morning and have to walk a block for it to another restaurant but there you can have breakfast also. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. 3 blocks or so from the "main hotel plaza" There was still food close. The lagoon is 15 ft from the pool. There are small rock cliffs close so you get the lagoon and big ocean all in one. I loved it. They cleaned daily. It is not all inclusive ao don't expect it. Overall it was great.
