Little slice of paradise….. We visited Cozumel for some scuba diving and stayed with friends in the 3rd floor condo at Villa las Uvas!!! We sure enjoyed the large condo with two bedrooms overlooking the ocean and private pool. The location worked great for scuba diving. We just walked down to the Las Tortugas Snorkel and were picked up at their pier. There was a $3 per person/day for the pier use, which they waived once they realized we would consume beer and food after the dives, a win-win for all. Besides loving the property, we were impressed by the hospitality, care and professionalism of both Toro (on-site host) and Magi (chef.) Toro was very responsive to any requests or concerns and was great at coordinating the meals as well as the Covid testing and transportation, but our favorite was just his welcoming personality. Magi's cooking is fantastic which is complimented by her happy demeanor. Thank you for a great stay. Looking forward to the next time.
