Villa Miramar - 77733 Puerto Aventuras

Everything was so wonderful! It is difficult to know where to begin. We rented this property along with several others (through the same property managers) to accommodate our wedding guests. We wanted everyone to be blown away by the accommodations, not just pleased or satisfied. This place did the job!! it has been over two months since our trip to Mexico and my family and friends are still raving about how incredible the housing was. The rooms were spacious, decorated beautifully, and clean. The pool was sparkling clean. We hired a private chef for several meals. The chef made positive remarks regarding the size of the kitchen and the abundance of equipment needed. We never ran out of anything. The maids and landscapers came by every day (except Sunday). The place was spotless. The staff was polite, helpful, thorough, and HONEST. One of my guest left $100 bill outside by the barbecue. Why?! I have no idea. But the landscaper found it and immediately contacted the property manager in order to ensure that it got back to the right person. In the months leading up to the wedding weekend, Lorraine helped me locate and hire a musician, bartender, and a caterer for our Welcome reception. The property managers let me arrive early to delivery gift bags to each room and separate foods for each household (like I said, I rented more than one property from Lars and Lorraine), which they purchased prior to our arrival (for a very small fee). Lorraine helped me find a baker so I could have cake made for a guest who was celebrating his birthday that weekend and cakes and cookies for everyone on Valentine’s Day and on the wedding day. They also helped us arrange airport transportation and a sailing/snorkeling tour for all our guests. The property managers checked with me daily to see if there was anything I needed. All my guests loved Lars and Lorraine. I could honestly go on and on. Everything was so incredibly over the top awesome that a lot of my guests are talking about coming back with their families (we mostly had couples). You could never get this kind of experience at a hotel. It was truly amazing. It all started with the beautiful accommodations. Look me up on Facebook if you have any other questions. I stayed with my family at villa Sarita. It was wonderful! The villa was beautiful the staff super nice and helpful ! We had meals by Valerie which was perfect ! Food was delicious. We had a big party with a mariachi band and piñata. It was a highlight of our trip for sure ! I highly recommend this villa . Every one of our needs was met !

This place is amazing! We went with another family and had the best time. The staff was outstanding. We’ve never stayed anywhere that had a housekeeper, and I have to say I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else again that doesn’t offer that. We felt like we were really on vacation. The house is even nicer than the photos online. Lorraine was so helpful in putting us in touch with the right people to help with transportation or anything we wanted to do. Valerie was a gem and always available for anything we needed as well. There is a 3-ring binder with information in the house with everything you need for your vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. Good for all ages.
