★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed here last year and are going back again this March break. It's a clean, bright and spacious home that was beautifully renovated. It can accommodate large groups while affording everyone privacy when desired. We loved that it was in a secured neighbourhood and that we always felt safe. Centrally located, it's but a walk to famous Fifth Avenue, the beach, the highway and countless restaurants and amenities. Dan and Carole are most lovely to deal with, as is their agent. Can't wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great holiday in Playa Car! Villa Perla surpassed our expectations. Very well appointed, clean and modern. The private pool area was amazing and the outdoor dining area simply complimented our experience. It was a 15 min walk to Playa Del Carmen 5th Avenue and the beach. There is a convenience store, restaurants and bakery at a 2 min walk. We would walk to restaurants in Playa Del Carmen at night and take a 5$ cab ride back. We felt safe even while traveling on the ADO bus from Cancun Airport. We will definitely be back with friends and family. There is plenty of room for all. Until next time, cheers!
