Our stay at Villa Pescadores was incredible! Raquel and Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Tulum was perfect. They ordered taxis, scheduled tours and massages, recommended restaurants and even went above and beyond to provide a nice gift for our honeymoon. The staff was helpful, the food was great and the margaritas were even better. We even made a friend with the resort doggy Bosha. Can't say enough about this place. We will certainly be going back!

Wow wow wow! We had a wonderful visit here at Villa Pescadores! We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. Quiet area: This hotel is one of the last hotels on North Beach, so it's quiet and isolated. The hotel only has 18 rooms, but they are expanding so they will have a few more rooms/bungalows next year. Warmly welcomed: We were warmly welcomed by Raquel the hotel manager. Check in was easy peasy, we received welcome drinks, printed information about restaurant times, house keeping etc. Although it is not. 5 star hotel, I think it was THE NICEST 3 star hotel ever! Sure, they don't have a pool or spa. But you have the beach to swim (no seaweed when we went) and you can get a massage from one of the passerbys offering massages. So problem solved. Good communication: A nice feature was that we could whatsapp with a manager about making reservations at the hotel restaurant and what time you want coffee brought to your bungalow. They were also very helpful giving us restaurant recommendations. Good breakfast: I thought the breakfast menu was more interesting than the beach food or the dinner menu. We were very pleased with our huveros rancheros, Chilaquiles, and enfrijoladas. Good food on the beach but pricy so-so drinks: We loved the gobernador shrimp tacos, tempura tacos, and the tuna tostadas. The drinks were a bit pricey for the hard plastic cup and the non-distinguishable margaritas. When we went, there weren't many others so we could use the air-con when we wanted. But when more people arrived, the aircondition was limited to evening hours. But other all we enjoyed our stay here in Tulum ? And if we return one day, we would love to stay here again.

Amazing place. Great for families. This place is small and simple but very comfortable and quiete. The staff is incredible, specially Joel who works in the restaurant, he was super attentions and fun to be around. Food at the restaurant was also delicious, everything we ordered was amazing. We did had a couple of issues with our room but they were quickly fixed with the help of the staff. Being part of the Ahau group gives you access to all the other Ahau hotels witch we should have taken more advantage off. A couple of complains but definitely not deal breakers: the beach club is open to everyone and guests don’t get prefer access to it so it can be hard to get a nice table with a sun bed, the staff at the beach club was no where near as good as the staff in the restaurant inside the hotel, they were lazy, did not pay attention to you, and everything took forever to arrive, 20 min for a guacamole to be exact, also during one of the nights there was an insanely loud music, like festival loudness levels, going from 10:30 pm to 8:00am, the people at the hotel said it had never happened before and that it was the first time but definitely annoying for that one night. I’m also happy to say that they are no longer limiting the AC to certain hours, at least they didn’t even mentioned to us, I saw a lot of reviews complaining about that so hopefully they made a permanent change to that one policy.

My wife and I loved it here. Everything feels nicely manicured, safe, and friendly. The staff is very good. The food was very solid. There are definitely some items that feel overpriced, like the wine and cava, the cocktails, and a few of the food options, but i was never disappointed with any of the food and i found it reasonable for the most part. WIFI: we were about mid way from the commons area to the end of the huts and it didnt work very well in our room. It works fantastic in the commons area and i suspect it works well in nearest huts. If thats a big priority for you, i would suggest requesting one of those. Beach access: beautiful beach, although there are many boats tied up off the coast so if you dont want that kind of view you should look elsewhere. For us it did not matter. They have a variety of different beach beds and seats with shade and without and there is no minimum consumption charge as with other places on the beach. The daily coffee/tea delivery is a very nice idea and touch, however, i did not think the coffee was very good. After a couple days i started going to a place on the beach about a five minute walk to the right if you are looking at the ocean (Carretera i think its called). If we come back to Tulum, i would probably want to explore other options just for fun but i do think this place is pretty special. Its not a 5 star, super upscale experience but it feels like a very well run boutique hotel where the sum can be greater than the parts. At 300 or less per night its great value, anything under 225 is a steal. I dont think i would pay more than 400. I do hope to return someday.

Came here just for lunch and sun beds after visiting Tulum ruins. Chose it because it was one of the few places that was playing music at a reasonable level and not blasting it. It felt much more relaxing than the other spots. Great fish tacos, guacamole, and veggie tacos. Also loved the piña colada! Great service and awesome view.

Perfect place to stay in Tulum! Far away enough from the really vibey part of Tulum's instagram side but close enough to everything else and literally within ten minutes walk of the ruins. We stayed in the king suite and it was unreal waking up the the caribbean sunrise every morning. The beach club is superb with great food and drinks - ask for Miguel, he's a legend. Tea or coffee every morning delivered to your room and a welcome cocktail was a really nice touch also. Security are on patrol 24/7 so you don't have to worry theft either. 10/10, would stay again.

Absolutely magical place. Spent 4 nights at Villa Pescadores and every detail was exceptional. Felt like being in your own private jungle but with the gorgeous beach on your door step. The room was clean had all you needed with a big comfy bed. The hammock was also a nice touch. In the best part of the hotel strip where you are still close to everything but quieter and out of the party zone, which suited us perfectly. Food and cocktails were also brilliant and worth the extra price tag. The staff were so outstanding and accommodating and we love that the is hotel is eco friendly and conscious. Honestly, could not recommend this place more highly and cannot wait to go back!

Our stay at Villa Pescadores was wonderful. Such a lovely relaxed vibe. Rooms are lovely and all a few steps from the beach. The food at the beach club was some of the best in Tulum, really fresh and great menu foe both breakfast and lunch. Service overall was outstanding, everyone was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back
