Welcome to Villa Sorpresa, a completely remodeled Complex. Nestled just a few streets up from Olas Altas and around the corner Basillio Badillo in Old Town of Puerto Vallarta. A short 5-minute walk, on flat terrain to the famous Playa Los Muertos beach and Puerto Vallarta oceanside boardwalk called the Malecon. Short stroll to restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, local shops and nightlife that the south side of Vallarta has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic place to stay , We was checked in by Josh who was very informative and very efficient nothing was to much trouble and always available if we needed to ask anything. The apartment was amazing with everything you would need, felt like home from home . Beds were so comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The communal areas were beautiful with a lovely pool and towels , bar area with barbecue and great seating area . Definitely would recommend PVRPV for all my future stays in Puerto Vallarta ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Sorpresa is a beautiful place to stay, I stayed here for two weeks and couldn’t of asked for anything more.
The rooms are spacious, with the most comfiest bed! Was a dream to sleep in!
The pool is very clean and always heated to the right temperature.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would love to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint, lovely property. Excellent location, and easy walks to anywhere in Zona Romantica.
The pool, BBQ area with lounge area, are recently added, is very nice.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite is massive, and very nicely appointed.
The studio suites are well appointed too.
The beds are great!
Oh, and the waterfall is a nice add as well
5/5 for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Sorpresa is a delightfully quiet and safe gem tucked into the heart of the Romantic Zone in PV. The grounds are secure, meticulously clean, appointed with lush plants, and a new crystal clear pool with waterfall. The units are fully stocked with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Maid service was excellent. The hosts are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've met. All the staff were more than helpful and respectful of privacy. I highly recommend a relaxing stay at this property, where you're within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, beaches and night life in PV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars all the way around! Villa Sorpresa is an amazing oasis in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Surrounded by large natural greenery, the waterfall pool is heated to just the right temperature, it was even perfect to swim in the evenings. Very close to restaurants and shops. Fifteen minute walk or less from the beaches, if you focus on the walking and not the beautiful sights, sounds, and yummy smells of the street food carts. You could stay at the Villa Sorpresa for months and not have to leave. The on-site concierge was so welcoming and knowledgeable of local life. As a single lady, I felt so safe in the elegant gated Villa. I felt like I was a long-time returning guest, even though it was my first visit. I started planning to go again the day I arrived back home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Sorpresa is my GOTO Place when staying in Puerto Vallarta. Not only have the renovations made an already amazing place better but the staff and now pool and BBQ area are to die for!!! Whether you are in a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom unit, you will not be let down. Bravo!!! Located on a quiet street but close enough to the beach and nightlife you have everything here you will ever need!! Staff is marvelous and attentive!! I have been renting here for the past 5 years in several of the units and LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
