DO NOT BOOK. This was the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. Everything is falsely advertised. There are no beach club access. We went to one of the clubs and they had no idea what we were talking about. The location is horrible..it sits next to an empty lot where squatters hanging out...there’s trash everywhere. Not to mention the location is hard to find. Not one taxi driver was able to find it. There was no how-to’s....we had no idea how to use the stove that need a pot to turn on. Or how to turn on the pool. Or How to use the sound system. There was a maintenance man that came everyday to clean the pool who we did not know would have access to our house. No housekeeper so we had to use the same towels..again what’s the purpose of the cleaning fee? When we arrived at the house there was dead bugs all over the floor. There is NO 24/7 security or cameras / electric wires that actually work. We know this because we were badly ROBBED!! The host could not provide camera footage of the event. The robbers knew exactly which rooms to target meaning they had been watching our movements or someone told them. We felt extremely unsafe. When we went to the police they questioned the Airbnb host because none of their items were stolen. The host have been extremely unhelpful in trying to help us with the theft. Abraham doesn’t respond to any messages. And again will not provide us with any camera footage. I highly recommend staying at a hotel where you are safe. Airbnb has also not been helpful. They are impossible to reach. You are not protected as a customer.
