The pool is dirty, the facilities are very worn and the wifi does not work well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at Casa Pericos for 5 months last winter- late Nov. '18- late Apr. '19. Other than some construction noise (seemingly unavoidable in Puerto Vallarta these days), it was AMAZING. Location is unbeatable, (close to beach, Soriana Supermarket, Aramara Market and Walmart) private 30-ft swimming pool which was so very refreshing, and superb accommodations. Our hosts, Lazaro & Chuck could not have been nicer, friendlier, more welcoming, or more helpful. The smallest complaint was listened to and handled so quickly and efficiently. I shouldn't give it my highest recommendation as others will want to book, but we've already secured it for 6 months next winter, so I feel confident in saying this place is an absolute gem. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!!
